Our support facilities are as follows:

Customer Project Management Forum (CPMF)

Clients have access to their project management area so that they can work closely with us on a daily basis to control their projects. The system allows you to:

  • Post comments, requests, ideas and to view feedback from all other members of the project that have been granted access
  • Login to the system from anywhere that has an internet connection
  • View sequences of requests and information posts by the date and order they were posted
  • The system has been installed to aid clients who are either regularly working away on site, travel to different countries or work abroad.
Client FTP upload and download

We have a secure file upload and download facility called the CFC (Client FTP Centre) on our site for clients to upload information or download proofs from us which keeps emails down to a manageable size for both parties. Proofs can also be downloaded from anywhere in the world as long as the client has their login details and an internet connection.
